Payment Services

RECEPTION: Open 24 hours. Rental of safes, rental of cars and mountain-bike, Excursions, Laundry & Dryer tokens for sale.
SAFETY BOX: The Hotel Management is not responsable in case of loss of any valuable objects that are not locked-up in the safety box. You can rent the Safety deposit box at reception.

Cleaning Service

It takes place between 9.00 and 16.00. We clean the rooms and change the towels every three days of stay. Linen changed once a week. Iron and ironing board, as well as two different types of coffee machine are available free of charge, please ask at reception.

If you do not want this service, please put the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door. If you want the service at specific times, please inform the Reception.

IN ORDER TO KEEP THE COMMUNAL AREAS CLEAN AND TO MAINTAIN A PLEASANT IMAGE OF THE COMPLEX, GUESTS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED NOT TO HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHES ON THE BALCONIES AND TO KEEP THE FURNITURE INSIDE THE FLATS TO AVOID DAMAGE.

Wi-Fi

To connect to the “Apartamentos Dunas Club” network you must enter the password: Caledonia. Once connected a pop up will appear asking you to agree to the terms and conditions. Accept the terms and conditions and click on the confirmation button. Then enter your first name, last name, room number and a valid email address and enjoy your free connection!

Restaurants

LA LUNA: Due to current sanitary conditions, opening hours may be subject to change. Open daily from 8.00 to 24.00. The restaurant’s kitchen is open from 11:00. Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 11.00 am. For half board, full board or breakfast for several days, please ask at the reception.

Pool Bar: Snack service à la carte.

Swimming pool

Open from 12.00 to 17.00 in winter and from 10.00 to 18.00 in summer. The use of the pool outside these hours is not the responsibility of the hotel. We have a paid towel service for the swimming pool. It is not allowed to bring towels from the rooms to the pool.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO RESERVE SUNBEDS, TOWELS WILL BE COLLECTED AND LEFT AT RECEPTION.

Please note that BICYCLES, SURFBOARDS or bulky objects are NOT ALLOWED in the room. Please ask at reception if you need to leave anything in the luggage room.
